Which wine pairs best with which fish? The answer is as varied with the different shades of summer.
Sure, as a rule, white wines do pair stunningly with most fish. However, other wines pair better with different fish recipes.

Here are a few quick tips to pick just the right wines for your fish dishes:
The featured Lemon Salmon with Garlic Rice recipe is the perfect match for a light-bodied white wine, like Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio.
Oysters and our fun and bubbly Ménage à Trois Prosecco are an amazing pairing/combo.
Lobsters, scallops, mussels and clams, pair enticingly with our Ménage à Trois white wines.
When serving lobster as the main course, or in a salad, we recommend Sauvignon Blanc, or Chardonnay.
For seafood pastas and risottos, even the ones with fresh tomato-based pasta sauces, Ménage à Trois Pinot Grigio offers the right light-bodied pairing.

Dish your fish with this summer-easy recipe, and pair with Ménage à Trois Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio.

Lemon Salmon with Garlic Rice (SERVES: 4)

INGREDIENTS:

- 1 cup jasmine rice
- Add 1 cup of Ménage à Trois Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken stock
- 2 lemons, cut into wheels
- 1 pound fresh salmon
- kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoon salted butter
- 1/4 cup Freshly Chopped Parsley

DIRECTIONS:

1. Prepare rice according to package instructions.
2. Add garlic to water before steaming.
3. Fluff with a fork and set aside.
4. Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium heat add chicken stock and lemons; bring to a low simmer.
5. Season salmon with salt and pepper, anything else you enjoy and add to skillet.
6. Turn salmon to cook evenly until pink, about 2 minutes, or to your preferred taste
7. Turn off heat and add butter; slowly stir to create a creamy sauce.
8. Toss in parsley and serve immediately with garlic rice.
