Dive Into Fall With Oysters And Ménage à Trois Gold

We’re diving into our name and the sea with our Oysters and Ménage à Trois Gold pairing. Oysters are the very essence of the sea. With their crisp and saline juice, it’s an experience for your senses like no other. So it’s no surprise French women indulge in a plate of oysters; they’re high in nutritional value and low in calories.

Yet, the indulgence of oysters doesn’t stop at the plate – the shells can be found in old French vineyard traditions. After a glorious nighttime gathering, vineyard farmers would discard the shells throughout the vineyard. We suppose you can say they make a full circle from the sea to the plate to the glass.

Let’s celebrate tradition and dabble in the deliciousness of our oyster recipe and a glass of Ménage à Trois Gold.

What You’ll Need (recipe for 12 oysters):
- Depending on your party size, plan on guests having 3-4 oysters each.
- 12 oysters
- 2 Lemons cut into wedges
- Ice
- 1 French baguette

How to Make:
1. Once the oyster has been opened, discard the top shell.
2. Lay ice down on your serving tray and place the oysters on top.
3. Depending on your preference, squeeze lemons over the oysters.
4. Slice the French baguette and toast to your preference in the oven.
5. Serve and enjoy!
