Fill Your Thanksgiving Toasts with Delicious Riches

At Ménageà Trois, we have a lot to be thankful for — thrilling adventures, tantalizing wines and the irresistible company (we’re looking at you, gorgeous) to share it all with. We’re also finding ourselves appreciative of something a little more decadent this time around. Fancy a guess? We’ll drop a few hints: it’s deliciously rich and glitters with every sip. It’s lavish with a wealth of flavors that spoils every sense. 

If you guessed Ménageà Trois Gold, you guessed right. 

Naturally, we had to incorporate our latest, most luxurious wine in a cocktail stirred up to celebrate Thanksgiving. But we’re not stopping there, oh no. We mixed in a generous splash of season-perfect cranberry juice, added a hint of vanilla extract to complement the subtle French vanilla notes in Gold and topped it all off with fabulously fizzy Ménageà Trois Prosecco. Feast your eyes (and your taste buds) on the glorious Gold Chardonnay Vanilla Cranberry Spritzer, a signature cocktail that can be served alongside the main course or as a delightful post-dinner indulgence to go along with that pumpkin pie. Crisp and refreshing, with subtle autumnal flavorings — what’s not to be thankful for?

Gold Chardonnay Vanilla Cranberry Spritzer

 Ingredients:
1 bottle Ménageà Trois Gold Chardonnay
1 bottle Ménageà Trois Prosecco
1 bottle pure cranberry juice, unsweetened 
12 oz. bottle simple syrup* 
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 bag fresh cranberries
½ cup sugar
4 oz. triple sec
1 package of fresh rosemary

*To make your own simple syrup, dissolve 1½ cups of sugar in ½ cups water over low-medium heat.

Directions: In a large pitcher, mix 1 bottle of Ménageà Trois Gold Chardonnay, cranberry juice, simple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir thoroughly. Top with 1 bottle of Ménageà Trois Prosecco.

To serve, rim glass by dipping lip in small dish filled with triple sec and then dip in small dish of granulated sugar. Add ice and pour cocktail into glass. Top with fresh cranberries, a sprig of fresh rosemary and enjoy!
