We don’t know about you but we're only three weeks into our New Year's Resolutions, and we already think it's time for a breather. Whether you need time to hibernate, a fix for your sweet tooth, or a day off (or more) from the gym, it's important to remember that nobody is perfect, and calling a timeout on our long term goals won’t deter us from accomplishing what we set out to.
