Balsamic Steak Skewers – Tender steak marinated in a tangy balsamic vinaigrette and grilled to perfection pairs perfectly with our thrilling Ménage à Trois Pinot Noir. Its lush, red blend of dark berry flavors and silky tannins deliver a distinctive, graceful taste – making your meal experience even more memorable.

So, fire up the grill and grab your wine glasses, this summer dinner recipe will be one for the books.

Recipe ingredients for the Balsamic Steak Skewers: (serves 4 skewers):
- ¼ cup of balsamic vinegar
- ¼ cup of barbecue sauce
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 lb sirloin steak
- 2 cups of cherry tomatoes

How to make Your Balsamic Steak Skewers:
1. Cut the 1 lb sirloin steak into 1 inch cubes.
2. In a large bowl, mix the balsamic vinaigrette, barbecue sauce and Dijon mustard.
3. Marinate the steak in marinade.
4. Thread the beef and cherry tomatoes in an alternating pattern.
5. Grill skewers over a medium heat.
6. Cover grill and grill until the beef reaches preferred doneness.
