With Halloween Upon Us, Sip Into Something Dark With Our Berry Bashful Cocktail

This simple yet sophisticated cocktail celebrates all that October has to offer with its seasonal array of dark berries. Featuring our Ménage à Trois Midnight, we’re diving into this wine’s dark side of black berries and plum spices in this smooth and sweet cocktail. The hints of mocha and violet notes complete this drink in a rich, luxurious finish that will leave you wanting more.

What can we say? With Halloween upon us, it’s the perfect moment to sip into something dark with a hint of risk. See below to create your own.

Ingredients (serves one):
- 2 ounces Midnight
- 1 ounce pomegranate juice
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- 1 large round ice sphere or large cube
- 3 gourmet black cherries or blackberries
- Lemon

Instructions:
1. Shake all of the ingredients together with ice for 20 seconds.
2. Rub lemon peel around the rim of the glass.
3. Add in the ice sphere and strain the cocktail over the ice.
4. Scoop one cherry/blackberry to place inside the drink and add two more on a twig or cocktail stirrer to garnish the glass.
