With grand French vanilla and hints of deluxe sweet spice, before climaxing into a smooth, buttery finish, our Ménage à Trois Gold pairs perfectly in and with this September seafood recipe, creating the most sublime experience for you and your guests.

It’s no surprise that the inside of a mussel is an absolute delight, given its tough outer shell. Sautéed in garlic, thyme, and our Ménage à Trois Gold, these mussels will do more than just tickle your fancy.
 
What You Need (serves 4):
- 3 lbs. mussels
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 3 green onions, finely sliced
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 8-10 sprigs of thyme
- 1 cup Ménage à Trois Gold
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/3 cup fresh chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
 
Directions:
1. Scrub and wash mussels under cold water. Remove any mussels that remain open.
2. Over medium heat, melt the butter in a large saucepan.
3. Increase the heat to high, and sauté the green onions, garlic, and thyme for 1-2 minutes.
4. Add mussels and cover the pot.
5. Steam mussels for 6-8 minutes or until their shells have opened.
6. Remove the thyme sprigs.
7. Add the cream, Ménage à Trois Gold, parsley, salt, and pepper into the pot and mix gently.
8. Turn the heat to low and let the mussels soak for 2-3 minutes.
9. Serve and enjoy!
