Dance, dance, dance the day away with our Spanish influenced, soul-stirring, wine cocktail, known as the Spanish Sangria Bailarina. You could say it’s the lighter side of Sangria, since all you need to add is some lemon-lime, or orange soda, and ice, and serve in long, tall, high-ball style cocktail glasses. Some like it hot, and cold. Your closest confidants will undoubtedly be enticed by the invite to this very intimate and very unassuming, Spanish style, social gathering known as, Spanish tapeo. As you imagined, tapeo is what we call Tapas — a very big deal with the Spaniards.

Tapas go back a long way in Spanish history, and are meant to be the light appetizer you indulge yourself and friends with, between meals to help gulp down glasses, a pitcher, or a jug of wine. So the story goes. We love a good story.

What you and your guests will find most alluring about this National Red Wine Day soiree, is the fact that you’ll not only get to deliciously quench your thirst on a hot day, you’ll also satisfy your quest for an exciting adventure in tastes.

Recipe Ingredients:
1. 1 part Gaseosa (or a mixture of lemon-lime and water, or orange soda)
2. 1-part Ménage à Trois California Red

Preparation and Serving Steps:
1. Place 2 Highball Glasses in Scene
2. Add Ice
3. Add 1 Part Ménage à Trois California Red Blend
4. Add 1 Part Lemon Lime Soda
5. Mix and serve well chilled.
6. Standard garnish: Lemon slice
