If you’re not yet craving the crisp bite of fall, let summer linger on your lips just a bit longer with a fruity, tropical cocktail that mixes together the sensuous essence of fig with the extravagant taste of Ménage à Trois Gold.

The fig is a delectable fruit — ripe with passion and unique flavor that makes it an ideal match for the irresistibly luxurious profile of our Gold Chardonnay. Defined by rich fragrances of crème brûlée, honeyed pineapple, and exotic floral notes, our most opulent wine lingers on the palate with a wealth of tropical fruit flavors that meld with luxurious French vanilla and hints of sweet spice before culminating in a smooth, buttery finish.

Together in our Sunset Fig Cocktail, these tastes will have you wishing the warm weather would never end.

Ménage à Trois Fig Cocktail Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup filtered water
- 6 figs, cut into quarters
- 2 sprigs thyme
- 2 ounces Ménage à Trois Gold
- 1 ounce apple cider
- 1 ounce orange liqueur
- 1 can soda water

Fig Syrup Instructions:
1. Combine the honey, water, and figs in a small saucepan.
2. Bring to a simmer over low heat, and whisk continuously until the honey is melted and the figs begin to soften.
3. Add the thyme, and let simmer for an additional 10 minutes, stirring often.
4. Remove from heat, and let the mixture sit for a few minutes.
5. Remove the thyme sprigs from the honey mixture, and use a food processor or immersion blender to blend the honey and figs into a syrup.
 
Ménage à Trois Fig Cocktail Instructions:
1. In a shaker with ice, combine 1 ounce of Fig Syrup, 1 ounce of Ménage à Trois Gold, ½ ounce of apple cider and ½ ounce of orange liqueur.
2. Shake for 20 seconds.
3. Strain over ice, and top with soda water.
4. Garnish with additional fig slices.

Garlic-Butter Shrimp Kebabs and Ménage à Trois Red Wine: A Sizzling Summer Pairing

If summer is a state of mind, then this delectable recipe for Garlic-Butter Shrimp Kebabs will surely set the mood. Like a summer sunset, our pairing of juicy, succulent shrimp and Ménage à Trois Wine will truly enchant and delight the senses.

Simple, light, divine: You only need a bit of garlic, a dollop of butter and a splash of lemon juice to bring this dish to life. Want to really sizzle? A pinch of cayenne pepper will ignite the heat — even before you toss these mouthwatering skewers on the grill.

As easy and fresh as this dish is, it wouldn’t be a Ménage recipe without the thrill of the unexpected. That’s why we recommend pairing with our Ménage à Trois California Red Wine. While white wine might be the obvious match for seafood, we prefer something deliciously unpredictable and pleasantly daring. With bold blackberry and raspberry flavors, this full-bodied wine is a rousing accompaniment to these light, yet luscious, shrimp kebabs.

Ménage à Trois Garlic-Butter Shrimp Kebabs Ingredients:
- 3 pounds of tail-on shrimp, shelled and deveined
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 6 tablespoons of salted butter, melted
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- Pinch of salt
- Dash of cayenne pepper (optional)
- Bamboo skewers

Ménage à Trois Garlic-Butter Shrimp Kebabs Directions:
1. Soak skewers in water at least 30 minutes before grilling.
2. Rinse the shrimp, pat dry and set aside.
3. In a small bowl, mix the garlic, melted butter, salt, cayenne pepper and lemon juice.
4. Coat the shrimp with the garlic-butter mixture.
5. Thread 3-4 shrimp onto each skewer and then cook on the grill.
6. Brush the garlic-butter mixture on both sides while grilling.
7. Serve immediately.

Wine and dine your date like never before with our deliciously indulgent recipe for Brie-Stuffed Artichokes. Paired with Ménage à Trois Gold, this dish celebrates the creativity and the romance behind preparing and enjoying a meal together for a divine date.
 
Let the romance unfold — much like the leaves of a baked artichoke — as you prepare a delectable dining experience with your special someone. The savory and nutty flavor of the artichoke combines beautifully with the creamy brie cheese sauce, melted to perfection with a splash of our Ménage à Trois Gold. To really round out the magnificent flavors, serve with a glass of Gold, too, and enjoy the abundantly rich flavors and smooth, buttery finish.
 
With Ménage à Trois, you’ll effortlessly master the art of the artichoke for an unforgettable and irresistible evening.

Brie-Stuffed Artichokes Recipe Ingredients:
Makes 5

- 3-4 medium artichokes
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 8 ounces brie, diced (You can remove the rind or leave it on.)
- 1/4 cup Ménage à Trois Gold
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2-3 egg yolks
- 1 cup crushed breadcrumbs (of your choice)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Honey, for serving
- 1 lemon for garnish
- Fresh oregano buds for garnish

Brie-Stuffed Artichokes Directions:
1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cut the stems from the artichokes to leave a neat, flat base. Cut off and discard top one-third of each artichoke. Place artichokes in boiling water for 15-20 minutes, then drain upside down in a colander.
2. In a small saucepan or skillet set over low heat, heat the cream, brie and Ménage à Trois Wine. Stir occasionally, until smooth and creamy. Turn off heat. While still stirring, add the egg yolk and the Parmesan cheese. Season with pepper.
3. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
4. If desired, you can cut the artichokes in half or leave them whole.
5. Place the artichokes on a baking sheet. Press the leaves gently back so that each artichoke opens to reveal the inner choke and prickly purple leaves. Pull out the prickly white and purple leaves, and gently scrape out the choke with a spoon. Gently pull the leaves outward from the center until the leaves open slightly. If you halve the artichokes, you just need to remove the choke and purple prickly leaves in the middle.
6. Fill artichokes with cheese sauce. Sauce should cover tops and fill into artichoke leaves.
7. In a medium bowl, crush breadcrumbs and then sprinkle over tops of artichokes.
8. Bake the artichokes for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling and the breadcrumbs are golden. Serve warm.

- 10 Fresh Mint Leaves
- 2 Limes, quartered
- 2 oz. Simple Syrup
- 2 Fresh Coconuts
- 1 Can Coconut Milk
- Ménage à Trois Pinot Grigio
- Ice

Ménage à Trois Pinot Grigio Coconut Mojito Directions:

1. Open coconut and remove water.
2. Muddle 6 mint leaves, one lime, and simple syrup together.
3. Add coconut milk, Ménage à Trois Pinot Grigio and ice to muddled mixture and shake.
4. Pour mixture into coconut shell.
5. Garnish with straw, extra mint leaves, and lime.

At Ménage à Trois, we believe in satisfying our deepest, darkest desires—especially when wine is involved. We’re big fans of the noir genre (Pinot Noir, that is), so we decided it was time to have a fling with a new femme fatale, a dark, sultry Pinot Noir. She would be bold and elegant, rich and mysterious. She would tempt us with luscious, full-bodied flavors. She would expose us to sensual new experiences and thrill us with every sip. Well, we’ve finally met her. We can’t wait for you to meet her, too: Ménage à Trois Luscious.

VINEYARDS & WINEMAKING

In their quest for the deep, seductive Pinot Noir of their dreams, our winemakers went to the dark side. They wanted to craft a wine that captured true Pinot Noir character while delivering a richer, more indulgent experience—a wine that would transcend all expectations. They sourced grapes from premier cool climate vineyards in California’s Central Coast, North Coast and warmer inland sites in Lodi to create a beautifully balanced wine. To the Pinot Noir, they added Petite Sirah for intensity and depth, Syrah for a plush, full-bodied texture and Zinfandel for richness. The blend was aged on French and American oak to enhance the deep red and black fruit flavors with smooth, rounded tannins.

At Ménage à Trois, we’ve been called flirtatious, but we have to tip our hats to the Italians. They’ve perfected the art of seduction—and know how to bring a gentle blush to the cheek. So, when we were craving a truly flirtatious sparkling rosé we turned to Italy. And it was amore at first sip.

VINEYARDS & WINEMAKING

Our winemakers hopped on their Vespas and set off through the rolling vineyards of Italy—to legendary Veneto in search of the perfect grapes to make a classic sparkling rosé with an Italian twist. They blended together Pinot Noir, Raboso and Merlot, and avoided malolactic fermentation to preserve the wine’s fresh, bright fruit flavors and crisp acidity. Made in a classic style, this sparkling rosé offers an abundance of natural carbonation and beautiful floral notes that would make even Casanova blush.

We wanted to experience a wine so infinitely smooth, dark and plush it would redefine what Merlot could be. Introducing Ménage à Trois Lavish.

VINEYARDS & WINEMAKING

Our winemakers wanted to craft a wine that possessed everything they loved about Merlot, only more: more rich fruit flavors, more cocoa accents, a more voluptuous mouthfeel. They selected grapes from premier vineyards in California’s Monterey, Lodi-Delta and North Coast appellations, known for producing grapes with exceptionally rich flavors and aromas. Though primarily Merlot, they added a touch of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Sirah and Petit Verdot to the blend for even more depth and structure. Finally, they fermented the wine on French and American oak to round out the flavors and mouthfeel.
