Mmmm-Moscato Ice Cream

Moscato

"We will bring you blissful pleasure when we’re together."

Mmmm-Moscato Ice Cream

Maybe you’ve said it yourself, maybe you’ll hear it here first. We think Ice-Cream is sexy. Especially when it’s Moscato Ice Cream, made with Ménage à Trois Moscato wine, which is a sexy sweetie in its own right, with lip-licking flavors and irresistible floral aromas that have been known to elicit sighs of pure pleasure.

Yes, we believe that the creamy, smooth, deliciously luscious taste of Ice-Cream blended with Moscato, and topped with fresh, firm, blackberries and raspberries will create a thrilling Ménage à Trois —
one you and your guests won’t soon forget.

Recipe Ingredients:
150 ml Ménage à Trois Moscato
3 tsp. sugar
1 cup heavy cream
Fresh Blackberries
Fresh Raspberries
Shortening
2 Modish Ice Cream Dishes
2 Ice Cream Spoons
Sprig of Fresh Mint

Directions:
Tip the wine and sugar into a bowl and whisk together.
Gradually whisk in the cream until it starts to thicken, and just hold its shape.
Pour into a rigid container and freeze until firm, about 3-4 hours.
Serve scoops with seasonal summer fruits splashed, with a dash more Moscato.
Please beware that this recipe for Ménage à Trois Moscato Ice Cream is so good you’ll want to bite, lick, and sip it. (Maybe even slurp it.) We wont tell.

Wine Glass Therapy: How To Choose Glassware

There are endless styles of sexy, shapely wine glasses for you to choose from. Deciding which ones will serve you, and your guests best could drive you crazy. Well, this deft but fun wine therapy session should help you see things more clearly. The first thing to ask yourself is what do you want to get out of your wine glass, besides Ménage à Trois wine of course?

Aroma Releasers and Collectors.
If you want elevated wine aroma release after swirling your glass of wine, and while drinking it, consider wider, shapelier wine glasses with large bowls. General rule is, the richer the aroma, the larger you want your wine glass bowl to be. This style of glass is superb for swirling your wine, while also giving the wine’s aroma a greater surface to stick to.

Red Wine vs. White Wine Gasses
With the exception of our Ménage à Trois Sangria Chardonnay, most of the white wines have an aroma that is less bold, so a taller, or shorter, more narrow wine glass bowl, with a smaller aroma collecting area will fit your white wine needs divinely. Plus, wine glasses with smaller bowls help your white wines keep their chill.

Thin Lips Vs. Thick Lips.
Normally we would agree that we prefer when our lips are voluptuous. However, on wine glasses, we must agree, thinner lips are better, less glass to get in the way of your Ménage à Trois Sangria drinking experiences and experiments.

Wine Glass Therapy is Over for the Day.
See, picking out wine glasses which pair best with the types of wines you’ll be drinking out of them is a superb way to go. Just get some small, medium and large bowl wine-glasses, and you’ll be all set for those expected, and unexpected, Ménage à Trois Sangria wine drinking moments.

Wine Tasting Tips That Will Make You The Talk Of The Table

Have you ever used the expression, “eye-candy” while admiring something, or someone? Have you ever fallen in love at first glance? We sure have. Yet, if you’re like us, you’ve also discovered that what you see isn’t always what you get. That’s why it we recommend these simple, yet shrewd steps to discovering if that wine in your hand is a match made in heaven, or is its beauty only grape skin deep.

Does the look turn you on?
After you pour your glass of wine take a moment to set your gaze upon color. Hold it up to a white background, if you can’t get a good read on its color. Though the look won’t reveal everything, it does divulge a lot.

Let’s start with white wine.
Sometimes “white” really means “yellow”. If it’s light, and bright, an almost translucent yellow, it didn’t mingle for long with the grape skins. This is not at all a bad thing, just lets you know that the taste of the wine will most likely be crisp, lively and refreshing. On the contrary, is the wine’s a deeper, darker yellow, that usually means it was aged in an oak barrel, and will deliver a smoother, richer, fuller taste.

Now for red wine:
When it comes to wine, the laws of attraction are pretty universal. If it’s a light red wine, even potentially pinkish, it will most notably taste light, bright, and possibly a little tart. This lighter side of red, most likely means it wasn’t aged in oak. If the red wine has a deeper, darker shade, like burgundy, purple, or midnight, you can count on it to be bolder, richer, and full-bodied, and this is a tell tale sign that it’s been aged in an oak barrel, making it taste very mellow. These richer reds are the ideal match for carnivore lovers. That’s pretty much the color wheel for wines. Next up we swirl, sniff, sip, and savor.

The swirl.
Swirling your glass of wine helps you realize its true color, shows off it’s legs, and body, and introduces air to the wine, which releases complex aromas and reveals its true full flavors, actually making it taste even better. You can swirl your glass of wine by the stem, or by gently twirling it in circles on the table top. As an interesting factoid, never swirl bubbly wines, including champagnes, because of the bubbles.

The sniff.
When it’s time to taste the wine, your nose is very knowing. So after you’ve swirled your wine glass, give it a good sniff. What fruits, flowers, herbs and spices did you smell? Some will be obvious, some subtle. Interesting to note, many wine lovers also like to sniff their wine before and after they swirl it , so they can experience just how much more of aroma is released by the swirl .

Now sip & savor.
Take the time to really taste the wine. Roll it ‘round with your mouth and tongue. Is it light and fruity, sweet or spicy? Is it rich and bold, heavy or dry? Maybe somewhere in between? What matters most is if your senses are excited and pleased by the taste the wine left behind. If so, it will be a beautiful relationship.

When you’re all done with your look, swirl, sniff, sip and savor of your Ménage à Trois wine , it’s always fun to go back and look at the tasting notes of your wine, and discover just how close your senses were to being correct.

A Complete Wine S'mor-gasbord

Midnight

"Do you like to do it in the dark?"

A Complete Wine S'mor-gasbord

We’re half way through our week, and if you’re anything like us, you probably sat at work all day, diligently weighing the pangs versus the pleasures of being an adult. We don’t have any advice for how to get through the work day, but we do have a few suggestions for letting loose after you’re free.

If you didn’t already know, it’s National S’mores Day, and it’s definitely worth indulging in, for more than nostalgia sake. The supremely brilliant part is that you can now enjoy all the delights of childhood accompanied by wine. Have we convinced you to celebrate yet? You can use whatever chocolate you desire, but these perfect pairings just might be the push you need to grab the marshmallows :

California Red + Milk Chocolate Caramel – Let the luscious blend of our California Red seduce that uncomplicated milk chocolate into something a little more complex. This Ménage à Trois Sangria Zin and Merlot blend, with a touch of Cab Sauv versatility, promises simplicity when matched with a nibble of caramel, wrapped in milk chocolate. Now, put it between a graham cracker and a warm marshmallow. We’ll call this the “training wheels” of s’mores and wine pairings.

Silk + Dark Chocolate Raspberry – This dark, smooth blend brings the spice of a Malbec and the fruit forward spike of Pinot Noir. The dry presence of just a touch of Petite Sirah envelopes the berry center of any dark chocolate raspberry treat, and lights up the creaminess of the supremely toasted marshmallow. Now you’ve made it out of the schoolyard.

Midnight + Dark Chocolate Cherry – Who doesn’t like a little cherry infused dark chocolate? We’ll certainly take a square or two, especially if we can smother it in gooey marshmallow and sample it with a crispy, unadulterated graham cracker crunch. Since there’s so much to embrace, send it down with our Ménage à Trois Midnight. The staunch Merlot side will let you enjoy each flavor separately. Looks like you just graduated.

Listen Up, Leo!

A bit of fair warning about this piping-hot fire sign: The Leo is boisterous and outspoken, and their fierce confidence is shatterproof. They love engaging others who are just as fun and creative as they are or who appreciate the Leo’s genuine desire to entertain the world.

A word to the wise lions and lionesses out there: We know you enjoy some heavy petting … of your ego. Compassion, respect, and a little playfulness go a long way to tame that strange, wild soul of yours. However, you can’t expect to receive what you’re not willing to put out into the universe.

A recommendation to take your fiery side down a few degrees as we end another sultry summer: Listen a little more, and invite the shy signs to contribute a bit more to the conversation. As much as you thrive in red, don't forget to enjoy your calm, golden moments. Use that charm to mend some bridges, and stop growling at your most supportive partners. We can’t think of a better way to start your new friendships than by cracking open a chilly bottle of Chardonnay to share with a few lovely people you’ve been wanting to get to know.

Wine Talk: I’m a ______ Drinker

We get it: You’ve got a strong sense of what you like, and no one can change your mind. When it comes to wine, you’ve chosen sides, and you’ve pledged your loyalty to only indulge in white or red. We understand all of this, and still we wonder if you’ve ever considered what you’re missing out on. So we thought we’d impart a few rules of attraction.

Dear Red Wine Drinker,
There is nothing sexier than a big red that tastes as good as it swirls. You like it bold, with unbridled spice, and you think robust tannins are nice. Next time you go for a glass of your traditional choice, consider slipping into a few lighter options:

- Drop the Cabernet Sauvignon and make it a Sauvignon Blanc.
- Try a fun, fruity Rosé. It’s basically still a red!
- Sip some Moscato. Think of it as champagne – without all the bubbles.

Dear White Wine Drinker,
You’re the fun-loving type who enjoys something fruit-forward and a little sweet. You like to have a pool-side Passion Fruit Punch and enjoy frolicking under the sun. Before you go for the usual, next time make it a point to caress one of these reds in a stemless glass:

- Pinot Noir is a nice transition from white because it’s packed with different types of fruit.
- Just as we’ve suggested for our heavy red drinkers, try a Rosé. It’s got plenty of white notes, wrapped in a darker tint.
- Go all in and try the darker side of Zin or perhaps a Malbec. They’re a little stronger, but the fruit-forward taste is there. You might like the spice.
