Let's get spicy with Mexican Street Corn Ménage à Trois Pinot Grigio

Commemorate the vast flavors of Mexico and its traditions during Cinco de Mayo, an annual celebration of culture and heritage. Traditionally held in honor of the Mexican Army's unlikely victory over the French Empire at the Battle of Puebla, modern-day Cinco de Mayo celebrations in the United States are more about celebrating Mexican-American culture. Falling on the fifth of May, this holiday is the perfect time to enjoy the most exquisite flavors and cuisine that Mexico has to offer.

Claim victory for your taste buds with traditional Mexican Street Corn, a staple dish that boasts creamy flavors with a dash of chili powder and a spritz of lime. We recommend serving with our Ménage à Trois Pinot Grigio. The bright, fruit flavors and zippy aromas of our Pinot combined with the hot, juicy flavors of the corn will make this Cinco de Mayo combo one to celebrate.

Authentic Mexican Street Corn Ingredients
- 4 Medium Ears of Yellow Corn on the Cob, grilled (or steamed or boiled)
- ¼ Cup Mayonnaise
- ¼ Cup Sour Cream or Mexican Crema
-½ Cup Crumbled Feta Cheese
- ¼ Cup Chopped Cilantro
- 2 Teaspoons Chili Powder
- 1 Lime, quartered

Authentic Mexican Street Corn Instructions
1. Grill or steam or boil 4 ears of corn. Set aside to cool off for 5 minutes.

5. Top with freshly squeezed lime juice and salt if needed.

Southern Charm in a Glass: The Ménage Mint Julep

It’s no secret that the lure of one of the biggest horse races is more than just the horses — many also come for the Mint Julep, too. Refreshingly refined with a fascinating history, the original “julab” was a delicate drink that was thought to enhance the quality of life.
A longstanding track-day favorite, Mint Juleps were traditionally served in silver or pewter cups that kept the beverage cool and crisp in the balmy southern heat.

Our spin on this Southern classic will not only leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, but may even improve your luck choosing the winning horse. In fact, we’re betting on Gold — Ménage à Trois Gold, that is — for our track-worthy drink.

The extravagant Chardonnay melds perfectly with muddled mint for a mouthfeel that will send your taste buds galloping off to climax into a smooth, opulent, and buttery finish.

Winner takes all.

Ménage à Trois Gold Wine Mint Julep Ingredients:
Makes 2
- 8 Mint Leaves, plus mint sprigs for garnish
- 1/2 Ounce Simple Syrup
- 1 Part Ménage à Trois Gold

Ménage à Trois Gold Wine Mint Julep Directions:

3. Garnish each serving with a small sprig of mint.
4. Set a swizzle stick or bar spoon in the cup and spin between your hands to mix.
5. Top with additional crushed ice and garnish with the mint sprigs.

Get Sun Kissed With Our Golden Star Cocktail, Mixed With Ménage à Trois Gold

Carambola, star fruit, is native to Southeast Asia but was introduced to Florida about 100 years ago. Due to Florida’s warm climate, star fruit trees have flourished in the Sunshine State. The most common star fruit, the Golden Star is commercially grown in South Florida and has a tart yet juicy taste. It’s the splendor of history and mystery in a glass.

Our curious find focuses on the Golden Star, which you can discover in your local grocery store several times of the year. Growing up in South Florida, one could find a star fruit tree growing in their backyard, and that’s exactly how we discovered this juicy afternoon snack. It makes us reminisce about days spent outside collecting baskets full of star fruit and sharing them, as much as we didn’t want to, with our friends and neighbors.

At Ménage à Trois, we’re celebrating this curious find with the toast of a cocktail—a Golden Star Cocktail, that is.

Golden Star Cocktail Recipe:
What you’ll need:
- 2-star fruits
- 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons simple syrup
- 3/4 cup Ménage à Trois Gold
- 2 dashes of orange bitters
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1 1/2 tablespoons natural sugar, for garnish
- Crushed ice
- Sparkling water or soda

How to make:
1. Slice one star fruit and pop out any visible seeds with the tip of a knife.
2.Place it in a blender along with the juice of a lime, Ménage à Trois Gold, simple syrup, pineapple juice, and orange bitters. Blend until smooth.
3. Slice one star fruit for garnishes, making slits so the slices sit on the sides of the glasses.
4. Place sugar in a shallow dish. Slide the sliced star fruit around the rim of glasses and then dip the rims in the sugar mixture.
5. Fill glasses with ice. Pour the blended mixture over the ice, and top it off with sparkling water or soda.

"Let us lavish you in delicious riches."

Live the Exotic Island Life! Our Seaside Recipe for Conch Ceviche and Ménage à Trois Gold

What is it about island life that calls us? Is it the way the sun, sand, and sea transport us to another world? Or is it because we seek adventure and desire to challenge the status quo? Whatever the reason, we’re exploring the luxurious tastes of the islands with a delectable recipe for Conch Ceviche.

In April 1982, the island of Key West seceded from the Union, and, although the secession was short-lived, the island’s passion for independence and uniqueness still rings true today. That’s why we’re celebrating a world filled with color and flavor from the sea around us with our Key West-inspired Conch Ceviche. This recipe ebbs and flows with flavor, transporting you to your very own island oasis.

To showcase these nautical flavors, serve with Ménage à Trois Gold: a luxe white blend that spoils the senses with a wealth of ripe tropical fruit flavors, grand French vanilla, and hints of deluxe sweet spice. This meal is nothing short of lavish—a true tropical treasure.

What are you waiting for? The island life awaits!

Conch Ceviche Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh conch, sliced 1/4-inch thick (or fish of your choice – White Tuna or Grouper)
- 1 small red onion, halved and thinly sliced
- 3/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 large avocado, diced into 1/3-inch pieces
- 1/4 cup coarsely chopped cilantro, plus leaves for garnish
- 1 orange, segments
- Limes
- Salt

How to Make It:
1. Line a baking sheet with plastic wrap. Arrange the conch in a single layer on the baking sheet and freeze until fairly firm, about 15 minutes.
2. Stack the slices of fish. Using a very sharp chef’s knife, cut the fish into neat 1/2-inch cubes. Transfer the cubed fish to a medium glass or ceramic bowl and stir in the red onion, lime juice, and black pepper. Cover the fish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour, stirring gently with a plastic spatula every 15 to 20 minutes.
3. Just before serving, gently fold in the diced avocado, orange segments, and chopped cilantro. Season the ceviche with salt. Transfer the ceviche to a serving bowl or individual glasses. Garnish with cilantro leaves.
4. Serve with tortilla chips and Ménage à Trois Gold.

Is your desire to spice up the night? Your wish is our command with this Chimichurri Skirt Steak recipe and Decadence wine pairing

When you are preparing a meal, taste often takes the spotlight, leaving the other senses neglected. This month begs for all desires to be satiated with a feast unlike any other. Diving into an evening made for the senses, Ménage à Trois is featuring an exotic Chimichurri Skirt Steak. A dinner this lavish should be paired with Ménage à Trois Decadence. Generous berry aromas kissed by bittersweet chocolate make this a wine of unadulterated extravagance. Together, the wine and Chimichurri Skirt Steak create a pairing fit for an evening of indulgences.

Sip With Style in This Trendy, Wine-Dyed DIY Scarf

One might argue that spring is simply the most stylish season — and we’re inclined to agree! From budding floral prints to bright, beautiful colors, there’s something about warm-weather style that awakens your creativity and calls out to your inner fashionista.

With that in mind, we say embrace your trendy side and flaunt your exceptional taste in both wine and style with a gorgeous, dip-dyed scarf made with Ménage à Trois red wine. This stylish and imaginative DIY project takes the “art of wine” to a whole new fashionable level. Not only is this project a great way to express your inner diva designer, but it’s also an opportunity to use your open bottle of wine in a fresh new way. Dare you let an open bottle go to waste? Not on our watch!

We know how spirited you get thinking about drinking and sharing your favorite Ménage à Trois wine — now you’ll be wearing it well, too.

Tie-Dye Supplies:
- White, 100 percent cotton scarf (or other cotton item)
- Approx. one bottle of Ménage à Trois California Red Wine
- Large bowl
- Rubber bands
- Rubber gloves
- Paper towels or rags for spills

How to Make:
1. Get Set Up. If you have purchased a new scarf, machine wash and dry it first, but don’t use fabric softener or a dryer sheet, to avoid leaving any residue on the fabric that might repel the ink. Cover your workspace with a plastic tablecloth (or set this up outside).
2. Prepare Your Wine. In a large bowl, pour approximately one bottle of Ménage à Trois California Red Wine
3. Prepare Your Shirt. Twist the scarf and wrap with rubber bands to secure it in your desired pattern.
4. Wine the Scarf. Place your scarf in the bowl with wine, making sure it is completely immersed in wine. Let soak for 12 hours to allow the wine to set and the colors to become vibrant.
5. Rinse. After 12 hours, put on a pair of rubber gloves, remove the scarf from the wine and rinse it in cold water (without removing the rubber bands) until the water runs clear. Then remove the rubber bands and rinse again. Finally, hang and let air dry.

"Feel luxurious, rich and seductive..."

Feast Like a Lion With Our Lamb and Ménage Decadence Food Pairing

It may have been an old saying that we’ve heard once or twice in passing, but “In Like a Lion, Out Like a Lamb” rings true when referring to March. It’s a month known to start with bad weather, and we ask ourselves how much patience we have to put up with another dreary day. Yet we march on and just as swiftly as this stormy month rolls in, it changes its tune and leaves us softly like a lamb.

So, let’s feast on a recipe that’s as dramatic as this month’s weather patterns. Savory lamb and buttery lion biscuits – this is one dinner we wouldn’t want to pair anything else with besides Ménage à Trois Decadence.

Ingredients:
- 8 1/2-inch-thick Lamb Loin Chops (about 2 pounds)
- Salt and Freshly Ground Pepper
- Pinch of Dried Rosemary
- 3 Tablespoons Extra-virgin Olive Oil
- 8 Small Garlic Cloves, Halved
- 3 Tablespoons Water
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Minced Parsley
- Pinch of Crushed Red Pepper

Directions:
1. Season the lamb with salt and pepper and sprinkle lightly with rosemary. In a very large skillet, heat the olive oil until shimmering. Add the lamb chops and garlic and cook over moderately high heat until the chops are browned on the bottom, about 3 minutes. Turn the chops and garlic and cook until the chops are browned, about 2 minutes longer for medium meat. Transfer the chops to plates, leaving the garlic in the skillet.
2. Add the water, lemon juice, parsley, and crushed red pepper to the pan and cook, scraping up any browned bits stuck to the bottom, until sizzling, about 1 minute. Pour the garlic and pan sauce over the lamb chops and serve immediately.
3. Pair with Ménage Decadence and your favorite buttery lion biscuits.
