We know about long hot summers and this one certainly hasn’t let us down. The reason we love them is simple - we always “experiment threely” in our exploration to entice you with fresh new wine-infused sensory-elevating recipes.
In this case, we’re at once making your summer refreshingly chill and blissfully indulgent with our The Ménage à Trois Gold Fruit Poptail.

This adults-only wine Poptail will pleasure your pallet and all your senses with an abundance of delicious riches which bring together a variety of fresh, tropical summer fruits, grand French vanilla, and hints of deluxe sweet spice. As the summer sun’s ablaze, spoil yourself and your guests with the cool extravagance in every bite of our Ménage à Trois Gold Fruit Poptail. You know you’re worth it, and so are they.

Recipe ingredients: Serves 4
- 1/2 bottle Ménage à Trois Gold
- 2 cups water
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup raspberries
- 2/3 cup blackberries

How to make:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine water, wine, and sugar.
2. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
3. Add berries, smashing some slightly with a wooden spoon and leaving some whole.
4. Using a ladle, pour into popsicle molds (or a paper cup), making sure the berries are evenly distributed.

Note: If you’re using the paper cup method, let the pops freeze for about an hour (until they’re slushy, but not totally frozen), then place the popsicle sticks in the center. Putting them in a partially frozen mixture will keep them stabilized. Don’t have popsicle sticks? Use spoons or plastic ware. Done!

You’ll love soaking up the sun with the cool fun of our Ménage à Trois Gold Fruit Poptails.

Grapes to Glory: Splendid, Luxurious Ménage à Trois Gold

Discover the captivating backstory behind every bottle with Grapes to Glory, a wine series that pays homage to our wine of the month by providing insight into our delectable varietals, from the picking all the way to the sipping.

Get to know a wine so extravagantly rich, so luxuriously decadent, we could call it only one thing: Ménage à Trois Gold.

Here at Ménage à Trois, we believe that everyone deserves to experience the finer things in life, so we embarked on a mission to create the richest, most indulgent Chardonnay to come out of the Golden State — a Chardonnay so decadent and luxurious that it’s bound to start a new gold rush in California. Enter: Ménage à Trois Gold, a wine that sets the new standard for Chardonnay — the gold standard.

When it comes to crafting this indulgent, luxurious Chardonnay, everything our winemakers touch turns to Gold. They started with exceptional grapes from premier vineyards in California’s Lodi-Delta, Central Coast, Napa, and Mendocino appellations, regions known for producing grapes with rich flavors and aromas. Viognier and a touch of Verdelho are added to the blend, making Gold even more lavish. To enhance the sweet, spicy character of the wine, grapes are first fermented with French and American oak, and then undergo malolactic fermentation for a lush, creamy mouthfeel. The wine is aged sur lie, emphasizing the round, supple texture of the wine.

Every glass of Ménage à Trois Gold offers an abundance of riches, from the wine’s brilliant gold color and luscious aromas to its deep, layered flavors and full, round mouthfeel. An irresistible fragrance of crème brûlée, honeyed pineapple, and exotic floral notes rises from the glass, hinting at delights to come. On the palate, a wealth of ripe tropical fruit flavors meld with luxurious French vanilla and hints of sweet spice before culminating in a smooth, buttery finish.

Brimming with beautifully integrated flavors and a sumptuous, seamlessly creamy texture, Gold is decadent indeed.

DIY Wine Cork Stoppers Stylishly Save Your Leftover Wine

While having leftover wine isn’t a common occurrence (especially if you’re drinking Ménage à Trois!), having a wine stopper on hand is essential for fresh keeping on those rare occasions when you don’t empty your bottle.

Store-bought stoppers will do the trick, but why not use something with a little more excitement? This DIY project is a unique way to dress up your leftover wine bottles with a little pizazz and personality. Plus, it’s a great way to repurpose your old wine corks into beautifully decorative bottle stoppers.

What You’ll Need:

- Decorative knobs
- Wine corks
- Power drill
- Small drill bit

How to Make:
1. Mark a spot in the middle of the cork and drill. Be careful to not drill all the way through.
2. Next, just screw your decorative knob into the cork. It’s that simple!

Matching your lips to your wine can be your most dramatic accessory and make any occasion uniquely yours.

If you’re drinking Rosé:
It’s summer, and if you haven’t opened a bottle of Rosé yet? You should now. We couldn’t imagine a more light and airy scene than hanging out with friends on a shaded patio drinking a bottle of Rosé. Dancing to the delights of its blend of, not one, not two, but three young and single ripe grapes, Merlot, Syrah, and Gewürztraminer. We’ve chosen a lip shade that would make a playful and stylish statement with tones of bright pink, just like a summer sunset.

If you’re entertaining with Gold:
Indulge you and your friends at a dinner party with notes of French vanilla, tropical fruit, and the deluxe sweet spice of Ménage à Trois Gold — an opulent Chardonnay blend like nothing you’ve ever experienced before. Sip each glass with lips dressed in subtle powdery pink and nude hues; this shade is exuding effortless charm that’s sure to make people take notice.

If your evening belongs to Silk:
Every night has a starting point. And a night on the town with your friends starts with bright, red ruby gazes and alluring fragrances of violets and berries in Ménage à Trois Silk. This delicately smooth blend of Pinot Noir, Malbec, and Petite Sirah arouses your senses with gentle yet thrilling spices. Have your lips dance with a fiery red shade that complements your sultry side and daringness to explore.

Sip With a Twist: Rose and Lavender Infused Pinot Grigio

The mere thought of herb-infused wine has us picturing a medieval French countryside where castle gardens grew herbs that would later be infused into wine. Dinner guests would dance, laugh, and sing with a glass of wine featuring beautiful hints of florals and herbs. It was a recipe to remember throughout the ages.

Have you ever fantasized about refreshing your senses with herb-infused wine? Have you ever wanted to dazzle dinner guests with a bottle of your own handcrafted infused wine made from lavender and roses? We know we have, and we’ve created a recipe that will sweetly complement our Pinot Grigio’s zippy aromas and further brighten our fruit flavors with lavender and rose floral notes.

Herb-infused wine doesn’t follow any strict guidelines, and it’s left up to the creator to decide how strong or light the flavors should be.

What you’ll need:
• 1 bottle of Ménage à Trois Pinot Grigio
• 5 rose petals
• 2 stems of lavender

What to do:
1. Open your bottle of Pinot Grigio.
2. Either add the herbs directly into the opened wine bottle or pour your wine into a separate wine decanter.
3. Seal tightly.
4. Let sit for at least 2-3 days in a cool or refrigerated place.
5. Strain the rose petals and lavender.
6. Serve in a glass.
7. Garnish with rose petals and lavender.
