Win a Trip to Napa Wine Country Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”)

OFFICIAL RULES

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED, INCLUDING CALIFORNIA AND PUERTO RICO. Sweepstakes begins January 16, 2012 at 12:00 Noon PST and ends May 31, 2012 at 12:00 Noon PDT. Sweepstakes is offered only in the United States and is open to legal U.S. residents, 21 years of age or older at time of entry.
2. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the United States (excluding residents of California, Puerto Rico and all U.S. territories and possessions) who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Menage a Trois Winery (‘Sponsor”), members of employees immediate families (spouses and parents, siblings and children and their spouses) of Sponsor, its affiliates or subsidiaries, its advertising agencies, licensed alcohol beverage retailers and wholesalers, or any other alcohol beverage licensee, and any other company involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of this promotion are not eligible. Entries not meeting all of the requirements stated herein will be disqualified and ineligible. All federal, state and local rules and regulations apply.
3. ENTRIES. For Internet only: Go to http://www.menageatroiswines.com and follow the instructions to enter; or become a fan of Menage a Trois on Facebook if you have not already (requires agreement to Facebook terms of use), go to http://www.facebook.com/MenageaTroisWines and look for the “Win a Trip to Napa Wine Country Sweepstakes” tab on the Facebook page. Follow the instructions to enter the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes begins on January 16, 2012 at 12:00 Noon PST and ends on May 31, 2012 at 12:00 Noon PDT. One entry per e-mail, per person, per household. Proof of sending will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Should multiple users of the same e-mail account enter the Sweepstakes and a dispute thereafter arises regarding the identity of the entrant, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account at the time of entry will be considered the entrant. Authorized account subscriber is defined as the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization which is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or like means to enter the Sweepstakes will void all entries affected by such methods. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for unauthorized human intervention, phone, technical, network, electronic, computer, hardware or software failures, malfunctions or disconnects of any kind, or misdirected, illegible, incomplete, stolen, garbled, fragmented or delayed internet/e-mail computer transmissions or network/ISP/website internet accessibility; or for inaccurate, incorrect or incomplete capture of entry information.
4. PRIZE(S). One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for two (2) to Napa Valley, California. The prize includes: Two (2) round-trip coach airfare for the winner and one (1) guest (guest must be 21 years of age or older, and not resident of California, Puerto Rico or any U.S. territory or possession) from the gateway city nearest the winner’s home to a major airport near Napa Valley, one rental car for ground transportation (booked and selected by Sponsor), a five hundred dollar ($500.00) Visa debit card for meals and incidental expenses (alcoholic beverages excluded) and double occupancy (one room) accommodations for a three night stay at a Bed and Breakfast selected by Sponsor. The trip must be completed by December 31, 2012, or Grand Prize Winner forfeits the Grand Prize in its entirety and Sponsor shall not award the Grand Prize to an alternative winner. Trip subject to availability and blackout dates. Sponsor will determine airline, and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability. Approximate retail value (ARV) three thousand five hundred dollars ($3,500). No alcoholic beverages are included in the prize. All taxes, airport surcharges, departure taxes, food and beverages, personal activities and personal expenses such as telephone calls, purchases and any expenses not mentioned are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received in a random drawing on or about June 20, 2012. The drawing will be conducted by an independent judging organization. Odds of winning the prize is determined by the number of eligible entries received. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize in whole or in part with another prize of comparable or greater value if the intended prize is not available for any reason as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.
5. GENERAL: Grand Prize Winner will be notified by phone, e-mail and/or certified mail. Winner will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release and return it within five (5) days of attempted delivery or an alternate Grand Prize winner will be selected. Grand Prize winner consents to the use of its name, voice and/or likenesses by the Sponsor for advertising purposes without additional compensation unless otherwise prohibited by law. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected mail or illegible information. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Grand Prize winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes not mentioned above. By entering, participants and Grand Prize winner agree to be bound by the Official Rules and release Sponsor and its parents, partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, agents, employees, advertising agencies, Facebook, and all others associated with the development and execution of the Sweepstakes from and against any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from the Sweepstakes and/or use of the prize, including, without limitation, liability for personal injury, damage or loss. This sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook.
