St. Patrick’s Day is Here — as is our Ménage à Trois “Oh, Snap!” Cocktail

Get ready to experience an abundance of riches and luxurious opulence like never before, because this is your lucky day. Our “Oh, Snap!” St. Patrick’s Day cocktail, made with Ménage à Trois Gold Chardonnay promises you that and a whole lot more. “Sláinte!” (Irish for “Cheers!”)

Oh, Snap Cocktail Recipe Ingredients
Serves 1
– 4 oz Ménage à Trois Gold
– 1 oz Simple Syrup
– 2 oz Sugar Snap Pea-Green juice (see recipe below)
– 1 oz orange juice
– 1 egg white
– Assorted edible flowers for garnish

Sugar Snap Pea-green Juice Ingredients
– 1 cup sugar snap peas
– 1 handful mint leaves
– 1 handful basil leaves
– 1 green apple diced
– 1 cup of water
– Blend all ingredients on high in a blender until you have a smooth texture
– In a fine sieve strain juice and set aside.

How to make the cocktail:
1. In a shaker, add Ménage à Trois Gold, simple syrup, sugar snap pea-green juice, and ice.
2. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds, strain into a glass.
3. Wash shaker and add egg white and orange juice.
4. Dry shake until frothy.
5. Pour on top of the cocktail and garnish with flowers.
