Ménage à Trois Gold Butter Sauce or Beurre Blanc Sauce Ingredients:
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1 shallot, chopped
– ½ cup Ménage à Trois Gold
– ¼ cup white wine vinegar
– ½ cup heavy whipping cream
– 4 tablespoons cold butter, cut into small pieces
– Fresh chopped parsley to taste
– Salt and white pepper to taste

Ménage à Trois Gold Butter Sauce or Beurre Blanc Sauce Directions
1. In a medium sauté pan, add shallot and olive oil, and sweat for 1-2 minutes.
2. Add wine to pan, and reduce for 1-2 minutes.
3. Stir in white wine vinegar, and reduce for 4-5 minutes.
4. Stir in whipping cream, and reduce for 2-4 minutes.
5. Reduce heat, add parsley, and stir until reduced.
6. Add butter, and stir until completely melted.
7. Serve with lobster or with your favorite dish.
