Vineyard Notes
At Ménage à Trois, we are staunch believers that wine is an essential part of a life well-lived, which is why we wanted to create a Pinot Grigio that offers all of the big, beautiful flavors we’re known for, but with a lighter profile. But lighter doesn’t mean we’re cutting any corners; we source top quality fruit from premium California vineyards and meticulously craft a wine that reflects true varietal character and flavors. The only difference is that we slightly altered our winemaking techniques to reduce alcohol content to a lower 8%.
