Our winemakers love reinterpreting the classics, and Sauvignon Blanc is their latest passion project. Our Sauvignon Blanc grapes develop deep tropical and stone fruit flavors with a silky texture, balanced by lively aromas and a gloriously refreshing finish—everything we crave in a truly exceptional white wine. To celebrate this varietal’s hallmark acidity, fresh aromatics, and lush flavors, grapes were cold-fermented at 50F using 100% non-malolactic technique. The result is nothing less than sublime—a bright, beautiful interpretation of this always elegant classic.
Tasting Notes
A refreshing take on classic Sauvignon Blanc, Ménage à Trois Sublime radiates pure sunshine. In the glass it shines dazzlingly bright, with its delicate fragrance of white peaches and zesty grapefruit. On the palate, juicy green apple mingles with exotic kaffir lime, lemongrass and passionfruit flavors that culminate in a joyfully crisp, tart finish.
