Winemaker Notes
For our Light Red Blend, we wanted subtly sweet, juicy berry flavors and a bright finish, so we chose a combination of Zinfandel, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon for the blend. Our winemakers focused on extracting softer tannins before aging the wine on a blend of French and American oak, creating a balanced wine with full flavors, light body and a bright finish.
