At Menage a Trois, we believe great wine is essential to a life well-lived, which is why we crafted Light Sauvignon Blanc to deliver the bold, expressive flavors you expect, but with a lighter profile. For this wine, we used cool fermentation in stainless steel to preserve the bright acidity and crisp freshness Sauvignon Blanc is known for, but reduced the alcohol content to 8%. This resulted in a sleek, sophisticated white wine with all the flavor and body, just with 85 calories and a lighter alcohol content.
