Carrot Ginger Soup Paired with New Ménage à Trois Light Pinot Grigio

With only 90 calories per glass, it has a flavorful, bright, crisp taste that matches flawlessly with the sweet and spicy notes of our favorite winter soup.

What You Need

  • 1 lb carrots
  • Ménage à Trois Wines Light Pinot Grigio
  • Olive oil
  • 1 knob peeled ginger root
  • ½ onion
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 cup coconut cream

How To Make

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Char 1 lb of carrots for 30 minutes.
  3. Dice 1 knob of peeled ginger root and ½ onion.
  4. Add olive oil to a pot and sauté the ginger root and onion.
  5. Add 1 cup of vegetable broth and Ménage à Trois Wines Light Pinot Grigio to taste. Let the ingredients simmer.
  6. Add all ingredients, including the carrots, to a blender, and blend until smooth.
  7. Pour the mixture back into the pot, add 1 cup of coconut cream, and reheat.
  8. Pair with Ménage à Trois Wines Light Pinot Grigio and enjoy!
