Enter our Marry Me Gnocchi: a one-pan wonder that seduces your senses, sparks commitment at first bite, and proves that sometimes the perfect match isn’t a soulmate—it’s a soul plate.

What You’ll Need

  • 2 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp fresh thyme (or ½ tsp dried)
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes (drained if packed in oil)
  • 1 lb gnocchi (shelf-stable, refrigerated, or frozen)
  • ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped or torn
  • Salt & freshly ground pepper, to taste

How To Make It

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
  2. Add garlic, thyme, and red pepper flakes. Cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Build the sauce by stirring in the heavy cream, chicken broth, Parmesan, and sun-dried tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Add the gnocchi straight into the pan (no need to pre-boil if using shelf-stable or refrigerated). Simmer, stirring occasionally, until the gnocchi are tender and the sauce thickens slightly — about 6–8 minutes.
  5. Stir in fresh basil just before serving. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  6. Pair with Ménage à Trois Silk and enjoy!
