Exotic Coconut Shrimp Bowls w/ Menage a Trois

What You Need:

  • Precooked coconut fried shrimp
  • 2 bell peppers
  • ½ fresh mango, cubed
  • Juice of half a lime
  • ½ cup cooked rice
  • Teriyaki sauce (to taste)
  • Salt (to taste)

How To Make:

  1. Bake the Shrimp: Follow the package instructions to bake your precooked coconut fried shrimp until crisp and golden.
  2. Grill the Peppers: Grill the bell peppers whole until charred and tender. Allow to cool slightly, then remove seeds and stems. Dice peppers into bite-sized cubes.
  3. Prepare Mango Salsa: In a bowl, combine grilled bell pepper cubes with fresh mango cubes. Squeeze the juice of half a lime over the mixture and add a pinch of salt. Gently mix to combine.
