Our Modern Take On the Salted Caramel Old Fashioned Made with Ménage à Trois Bourbon Barrel Cabernet​

That’s exactly what you’ll be doing when you treat your guests to ​our Ménage à Trois Bourbon Barrel Cabernet Salted Caramel Old Fashioned. This recipe is one for the ages, since our Bourbon Barrel Cab ​is aged three months in 6-year-old Kentucky Bourbon Barrels. Mmm-mmm, it’s that good.

Cocktail Ingredients: (Make one at a time in a shaker)

  • Ice​
  • 2 oz. Ménage à Trois Bourbon Barrel​
  • ¾ oz. salted caramel syrup​
  • ¼ oz. vanilla syrup​
  • 1 dash chocolate bitters​
  • salt for rim​
  • Garnish with dried orange wheel​

Directions

  1. Dip rim in salted caramel syrup, then in salt. Set aside.​
  2. Combine all ingredients into a shaker, shake and pour into a glass of your choice. ​
  3. Top with dried orange wheel.
