Slow Cooker Pinot Noir Meatballs
We’re all about easygoing entertainment this holiday season. So we’ve created a slow cooker recipe, which will surely have your guests thinking you’ve slaved away all day for them.
Ingredients
- 1 lb frozen cocktail size meatballs
- 1 cup Ménage à Trois Pinot Noir
- 1 16oz can whole cranberry sauce
- 2 tsp spicy mustard
- ¼ cup minced shallots
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
Directions:
- Place the meatballs at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- In a separate bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients.
- Once all the ingredients are mixed well, pour the entire mixture over the meatballs in the slow cooker.
- Turn slow cooker on low.
- Set the timer for 3-4 hours.
- Transfer to serving dish with toothpicks when guests arrive.
